1. Booking & Scheduling
We confirm bookings once a date and time are set. All appointments are first-come, first-served. We may reschedule in emergencies or severe weather.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Quotes are based on the details you provide. Pricing may be adjusted if the actual size, condition, or service needs differ. Add-ons (e.g., inside appliances, windows, laundry) incur extra fees.
3. Payments
Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, cards, and electronic payments. A deposit may be required for large or first-time jobs.

5. Access to Property
You must provide access to your property at the scheduled time. If we can’t enter, a $50 lock-out fee applies.
6. Scope of Work
We clean as per the agreed scope. We don’t handle hazardous materials, infestations, or trade-licensed work (plumbing/electrical). Heavy furniture moves must be pre-arranged.

If you’re unhappy with any area cleaned, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean at no extra charge. This excludes areas not in the original work order.
